No Pain!! No Gain!!

Nowadays, everybody knows that doing exercise daily affects our health positively. There are a lot of published articles about doing exercise daily. I will mention about these articles. According to sport academicians and doctors; if you do exercise daily, you reduce your stress level, you get better posture, feel energized and happy. It also eliminates the risk of heart disease and obesity.

Whether you are interested in individual or team sports, both are improving you but about different skills. In my opinion; team sports improve your social network, teamwork, skill and coordination, although individual sports improve your self-confidence and strength of character.

As an obese, I decided to change my life. I have got a dietician and a personal trainer. We have been working together for three months. Meanwhile, I’ve lost almost twenty kilograms. I know this process is hard. During this time, you should be disciplined and patient. Foremost, you should never give up. Provided that you practice daily and eat healthy, so you would fit.

I want to tell you about my daily routine and how I did it (weight loss). I get up early every day. We start to do an exercise with my Personal Trainer at 7 o’clock. At the same time, we work on strength training and cardiovascular, so as not to drop my heart beat. We also do HIIT. Sometimes we work out Kickbox. I love this sport, doing Kickbox is calming me. While I work out kick box, I don’t think anything. It makes me happy.

Even if you do exercise daily, you can’t lose weight if you don’t eat healthy. In this way, eating healthy is very important. First of all, you should go to a dietician who you can trust. You should learn nutritional values. These are Protein, carbohydrate and fat. You should calculate your calorie intake daily. You shouldn’t go beyond your diet list.

On the internet; There is a lot of diet list. For example, ” you can lose ten kilograms in ten days.”  Don’t fall for it. Don’t forget. No Pain, No Gain!!

You may not have enough money to go to a dietician and a personal trainer. Don’t worry. Provided that you want to lose weight, you can run and walk outside. You can go to workshop about nutrition and you can take support from the public hospital.

To sum up briefly, the health benefits of physical exercise are clear. It improves our posture, boosts our physical strength and lowers risk of heart disease and obesity. Physical exercise actually helps us to study. It reduces our stress levels and increases our energy.
